What Do We Really Know About Rex Burkhead?
A Nebraska game will never go without a mention or shout out to Rex Burkhead. Who is this guy besides being a crazy-ridiculous football player at Nebraska.
Burkhead is from Plano, Texas. Huge Red Flag. Texas being one of our former Big 12 opponents. He was offered a verbal from Texas A&M and to the favor of Nebraska, he was offered to attend Nebraska and it was a good match. This guy is fantastic.
Born in 1990, making him 21 at the time of this post he has a good head on his shoulders and is a great junior I-back. He has always been a workhorse during each and every game, averaging 12 yards a carry. His name is continuously mentioned during great games and even better plays. He never gives up and keeps his legs churning till the very last second of every game.
